Refund policy

Thanks for shopping at Roboto Laser Designs LLC. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

You have 14* calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. Your item needs to have a proof of purchase such as an email confirming the purchase. Please email us to initiate a return: robotolaserdesigns@gmail.com.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. If we have not already, prior to receiving the returned item, we will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

If during our inspection of the returned product, we find that the product has been damaged or tampered with beyond factory conditions in a way that indicates the product has been used or affected by the purchaser or any related parties, a restocking fee of 20% of the product’s subtotal purchase cost will be deducted from the refund. Returns that include engravings will be nonrefundable, though we may make exceptions depending on the type of engraving and reason for requesting a refund, please reach out to us by email at robotolaserdesigns@gmail.com if this is the case.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Cancellations

Orders that include custom engravings cannot be canceled before they are shipped. All other orders can be canceled until the order has been processed. For cancellations, please contact us by email at robotolaserdesigns@gmail.com. Roboto Laser Designs LLC also reserves the right to cancel any order. Cancellations will come with a full refund most of the time, but we reserve the right to only give partial refunds for certain orders.

Charge Backs

All our orders are made to order. While there is no exact delivery time for our products, we will strive to make sure all orders are delivered within two weeks of placing your order. If you submit a chargeback without first contacting us and waiting a reasonable amount of time for a response, you will be subject to a chargeback fee. The fee will be the full chargeback amount, which typically is the full purchase cost of the order plus the chargeback fee that Roboto Laser Designs LLC is subjected to. Note: If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us by email at robotolaserdesigns@gmail.com. In the event of a cancelled order, the customer will not receive a refund, until the chargeback process has been settled and processed with all involved parties, primarily the bank which typically takes around 75+ days to handle these chargeback cases.
